How much does KickOn cost?
€5, €10 or €13 incl. VAT per month per team depending on the plan (Club, Match or Performance), or €50, €100, €130 incl. VAT per year. Prices incl. VAT, no commitment. You only pay for equipped teams, and you can start with just one.
Is there really a free trial?
Yes. Every new team automatically starts with the Performance plan unlocked for 15 days, no credit card. Afterwards you pick the right plan — your data stays in your club either way.
How long does setup take?
Create your account, create your first team, record your first match that same weekend. Importing club data from the RBFA (ACFF and Voetbal Vlaanderen) avoids retyping everything — this is a data import, not an official RBFA integration.
What does the RBFA data import do?
KickOn finds your club, its teams, fixtures and results from RBFA data (ACFF and Voetbal Vlaanderen). No more double entry between the federation website and your club tool. Note: this is a data import, not an official RBFA integration.
What if I make a mistake while recording a match?
Every action can be undone in one click during the live. After the match, the validation page lets you correct before freezing stats. And an accidental reset goes to a 7-day trash, not to the bin.
Which age groups?
From U6 to seniors, 5v5, 7v7, 8v8, 11v11 and futsal. Training content follows age groups.
Is KickOn available in Dutch, English or German?
The public website exists in French, Dutch, English and German. The KickOn app is available in French, Dutch, English and German, and the RBFA data import covers both ACFF and Voetbal Vlaanderen. KickOn is built in Belgium and open to European clubs.
Am I locked in if I subscribe?
No. Billing is monthly per team and managed from your account (Manage my subscription). No minimum term, no hidden fees.
Who owns our data?
Your club. Everything you enter (squads, matches, observations) stays attached to your club and visible according to the roles you define (coach, director, parent).
We're a small club with 3 teams, is it for us?
Yes, that's the most common case: start with one team on the free trial, add the rest when the workflow suits you. Billing follows team by team.
What if we get stuck during setup?
Write via the contact form describing your club (number of teams, age groups). We'll reply and help you start cleanly.
